I wish to express my disapproval of this proposed legislation. Leveraged and inverse funds serve a vital role in our markets working properly. They can help investors like myself enhance their returns. I understand how the markets operate and the risk that I am taking and would prefer to make the choice for myself. Finally, I want to preserve the long standing tradition and working of the free markets.
