Please do not implement any further regulation on inverse or leveraged funds. They are a valuable tool in my ability to balance my brokerage accounts in a relatively easy way. I understand how they are adjusted and maintained, and although it is quite complicated in many ways, all necessary disclaimers are provided and all necessary information is disclosed regarding any fund I've personally invested in. If there were to be any further government involvement, I would wish it to be in the form of public education as virtually none of what I do now besides basic arithmetic and writing was taught to me in public schools. As a concerned investor that doesn't want anymore red tape between me and the market, please do not pass any further regulation on leveraged or inverse funds.
