I currently own 4000 shares of a leveraged, inverse ETF, and I am fully aware that I am responsible for any losses I incur that are associated with that investment, as with any other stock. I understand that it is leveraged and more susceptible to market swings. Please do not take away our right to choose our own investments, including leveraged or inverse funds.
