Please do not invoke the proposed rule #S7-24-15. The inverse funds are very helpful to me. I'm able to purchase these funds during times of uncertainty as an "insurance policy" to protect my hard earned investments. The only alternative would be to see my long positions - generating needless activity and volatility. Thank you for considering my input.
