Leveraged and inverse funds are import to me. I have been trading them for years, to have a third party evaluating my capability is a ridiculous idea.
Who come out this idea to have additional limitations on our choice? Can they find better things to do? Or they want only wall street to keep all the money, and do not give normal investors a chance to have better returns?
Please keep the leveraged funds open to normal investors.
