I am against the proposed rule as shown in release no. 34-87607 regarding leveraged and inverse funds. As a long time investor (over 40 years) I have utilized such funds in the past and continue to do so today. I have self directed my investments and I have realized significant value from purchasing these types of funds. I am very capable of understanding the characteristics and risks in these funds and do not want any other party (especially the government) telling me what I can and cannot buy. I think the SEC should focus on keeping the the markets free and transparent thus allowing us investors the right to make our own decisions without government interference. Thank you.
