I am capable of making my own decisions as to which funds in the market that I want to invest in. Do not add more obstacles and pre-conditions to the purchase of funds for investors and the public at large. Please preserve free public markets where we have the freedom to chose which public securities we buy without additional government imposed limitations on our choice of securities. Thank you.
