I have read the SEC is considering limiting or ending investor access to leveraged and inverse ETFs. I manage my own accounts and use these products on a regular basis - mostly to hedge risk. Used appropriately these are safe and effective products. If these ETFs are denied me I will be forced to use futures and options to achieve the same goal. Hardly a safer option. Please end this plan and allow continued access to these products.
