Why is the SEC attempting to remove MY right to invest in securities which I desire to invest in??? I have been investing for decades and understand the risks associated with investing in leveraged securities, and I do so with caution and also systematically. DO NOT attempt to regulate MY investing options as I am an educated and experienced investor. Focus on people's education vise regulation
