Please allow me to make my own portfolio decisions for myself and my family. Inverse funds, in particular, can provide an important potential hedge against inflation. Making me provide provide personal and private information as part of a burdensome 'qualification' process is yet another unwelcome intrusion by government into the private affairs of its citizens.
