As an individual investor, I am against any proposed rule including #S7-24-15 that reduces, impedes my ability to invest the widest range of products including leveraged and inverse funds. Existing reporting provides sufficient information for the retail investor to understand risks and make informed decisions. Ease of access is paramount to any investment. Thank you.
