I strongly oppose SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15 which would restrict the use of leveragd and inverse funds to many investors. I have used these funds for several years to improve the performance of my portfolios. I have experienced no problems. As with any investment, one must be cautious, but I believe this is an overreach by the SEC. No more government help, please
