Seriously, we need to have the ability to hedge in this very uncertain market. Inverse and leveraged funds give me the ability to protect my portfolio. It's not clear to me what problem you are trying to solve with this regulation? Who proposed this by the way??? Do us all a favor and stay out the way when I am trading. OK?
