The government needs to get out of our hair and quit trying to protect us from every stupid little risk in life. My broker makes me agree to very specific info regarding the enhanced risks associated with leveraged funds. That is sufficient disclosure. The broker is NOT trying to hoodwink us, neither is proshares. We were informed of the risks, so tell them to just leave it the f alone. Why don't they actually do something useful for once like removing the aggressive and tailgating drivers off the road. That would be of FAR more value to society as far as i'm concerned. wtf?
