Dear SEC,
I would like to inform you that I am an individual investors. The leveraged and inverse funds are important to me as they offer me enhanced returns. I have been using these vehicles for over 5 years and have benefited from them.
I understand the characteristic of these funds and have done extensive back-testing. I do not want a third party to evaluate my capabilities and try to prevent me from using these vehicles.
I am a savvy investor and do not want a government body to restrict my use of these vehicles which have been part of long-standing free public markets. I fully understand the risk/reward offered by these instruments.
