I am concerned about your proposal to limit access to inverse and leveraged funds. I understand the risks of these funds and I have also reaped the rewards that would not be possible otherwise. Most of us who use these are fairly sophisticated about the markets and know what we're getting into. I encourage you to let us make our own investment decisions.
