Please do not add these new regulations on leveraged and inverse funds
These ETFs are vital to my portfolio, and I understand that it is my responsibility to be familiar with the risks, etc.
These regulations would greatly handicap me personally as well as many other responsible investors. It's not fair, it's not right and it would set a terrible precedent.
