1. Kindly stop TELLING me what I may or may not do with MY money
2. Leveraged and inverse funds are important ways to help me seek enhanced returns.
I am VERY capable of researching and understanding their risks and performance characteristics - I do not need or want a 3 party to evaluate my capability to do or to prevent me from doing so.
3. Preserve free public markets where investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy public securities without government imposed limitation.
4. This is once again shutting out smaller/individual investors and the only people who will be able to take advantage of these types of investment would the the very rich - as usual
