I would be so disappointed in this new rule not to trade the inverse funds. It is a lot to do with my trading compared to having a margin account which is to expensive and not possible for me to do investing long or short term. This will be so devastating to me and to build my portfolio and for my retirement. I am totally against this type of ruling by the SEC.
