Dear SEC,
We have used Leveraged and Inverse Funds for years and understand their performance characteristics. We want the ability to continue to invest or trade in these funds on our own, without any interference from the SEC or anyone else. We do not need the SEC to tell us how or in what products to invest. We want to preserve free public markets.
