I do not support the proposed SEC changes to the rules and pre-qualification of investors in buying leveraged and inverse funds.
These changes presuppose a superiority and authority over the rights and intelligence over individual investors.
We do not require Big Brother to limit our investment choices or to override our votes. You must remember you are servants of the people and not our rulers
