I currently own leveraged ETF's and at some point will need to sell them to my peers. Any restrictions or diminishment in the number of available traders in the future will result in a diminished population of buyers which will negatively impact these ETF's values. This proposal could reduce my portfolio value to $0.00 (in a manner analogous to the Federal Reserve's practice of interest rate manipulation to either stimulate investment or to retard inflation).
