I am against the proposed regulation regarding the buying leveraged index funds. I have held SSO for several years and have seen how volatile the price has been. It is a portion of my portfolio which I consider high risk. It helps balance my portfolio. I don't believe it is the government's responsibility to tell me how to invest. High risk Stock Options are allowed as are commodities.
