It is not the role of the government to protect (force) me from making educated investment choices that I wish to make. It is also not the role of the government to act as circus barker for equity and bond markets that are clearly in bubble territory. The proper role of the government is to ensure that disclosures of funds, company, borrowers, etc. are fair and accurate. So please SEC spend your time ensuring that financial statements and footnotes are fairly stated and stop trying to limit investment choices. The heavy hand of the government should not be pushing it's citizens into one investment and away from another.

Thanks, Rob Stevenson
