I am opposed to additional restrictions on ProShares type funds. I understand the use of leveraged and inverse funds and use them often as a part of my investing strategy. In fact, I recently transferred a large portion of my invested funds out of Vanguard because they stopped offering trading in these funds. We need a free and open market.
