Enter your comments here.......I am opposed to the proposal by the SEC to further regulate the use of leveraged and inverse funds.
As an individual investor I have been using these types of funds for over the past 20 years and I have seen no adverse conquences in there use.
If your in dire need to further regulate the markets, regulate company share-buybacks (which used to be illegal and should be again). Oh and there is always "Naked short selling" a perennial problem.
