I have been investing in leveraged ETFs for several years and they have proven to be a very important part of my portfolio. I know there is risk as with any other investment. However, they fill a niche not available via other securities. I manange my own investments via ETRADE and I like having access to diverse options. It would be disappointing if the access to these investment options were impeded via regulation making it as an option difficult or potentially impossible.
