Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me, and I fully understand leveraged and inverse funds. I don't want a third-party to gauge my ability to do investment on my own. Leveraged and inverse funds makes the market complete and efficient, and unnecessary government-imposed limitation on investor choice is bad for the market.
