To whom it may concern,
This by far one of the dumbest regulations I have ever read. You the SEC want to protect me as an investor from making my own investment decisions? Well you wont stop me from going down to the Las Vegas strip and putting my entire networth on red for the roulette table. Its none of your damn business on how or why or where I put my hard earned money. I believe the market is going to crash I want the option to by leverage short funds, to one offset my long exposure, to generate wealth, and lastly we need to preserve the long-standing free public markets
