Dear SEC
I have been investing since I sold my businesses in 2006 and this is how I make a living. Part of my trading regiment is to use leveraged and inverse ETF funds. These funds allow me to balance my portfolio and at times protect it.
I do understand the risk associated with these funds and use them wisely.
I do not want a third party telling me what is best for my portfolio or what I should or should not be using when they have no idea what risks or instruments I have in my portfolio or what risks I am willing to use.
I do want the "free public markets" to remain free for my discretion. I know what is best for my portfolio. Please do not limit my ability to make a living by not allowing me to use these instruments and tools. Thank you for your consideration of my comments.
