I strongly oppose the effort to restrict investors from some leveraged investment products.
As a financial planner of 30 years experience, I believe that well informed, experienced, investors, and they are the only ones who should invest in these offerings, should be able to do so.
If you must, simply develop some required warnings that investors must read, understand, and acknowledge when they decide to utilize those products.
