How is this ruling consisutional? We the people should be able to spend our hard earned money anyway we please. Not everyone knows how a car works but I bet they drive one to work everyday. Anyone that puts their money in the stock market knows how risky it is. This ruling just seems like another way for the government to control us. This purposed rule needs to be eliminated asap
