I use leveraged and inverse funds to seek enhanced returns and protect my portfolios.I understand levereged and inverse funds and they are some of my best performers.I don't want a third party evaluating my capability of understandinge these funds and potentially preventing me from buying them.I want to be free t o buy whatever public security without additional government-imposed limitations on my investing choices.This proposal would be bad for investors and would set a dangerous precident.I should be free to buy whatever security i want,That'what a free market is
