Triple leveraged funds act in odd ways due to compounding and there are numerous warnings. Still, they are better than using LEAPS if you are looking for a way to increase return. Investors without significant liquidity should not be restricted from these funds. Most importantly, let people make their own decisions because this rule is marginally offensive.
