I am concerned about the new regulations that could impact my ability to buy leveraged funds. These funds are important to me and allow me to seek enhanced returns while still having the advantages of an ETF. I am capable of understanding leveraged funds and I don't want the government or a third party evaluating my capability to do so. I already have to sign something before I buy leveraged ETFs confirming that I understand the risk-in my opinion, that is good enough.
