Leveraged funds are used almost exclusively in my personal and wife's portfolio which I have been managing with great success for over 10 years. I am capable of understanding risks and rewards of these funds. I don't want any third party interfering with my ability to buy these funds. I want the freedom to to buy these securities without government imposed limitation.
