Leveraged funds are a key component of my trading plan for retirement and have provided me with excellent investment opportunities in the past. They are an excellent tool that I believe should remain easily accessible. I believe that no one will manage your money better than you can yourself, and I do not want a third-party evaluating my investments and making arbitrary decisions on when and how they think I can or should invest my money. I firmly believe that regulations such as this will do nothing but hinder the ability for people to invest their money as they see fit.
