Dear Sir,
I am an individual investor capable of making my own decisions regarding my choices and living with the consequences. Leveraged and inverse funds is an important tool for me to reduce risk or enhance my returns in the public market. I do not need any third party or the government to impose limitations on what I can currently do. I am against the proposed SEC Rule to further regulate leveraged and inverse funds.
