I am strongly opposed to your proposal to limit or prohibit investors from investing in leveraged or inverse funds. These are valuable investment options for me and during the 5 years I have been using them they have greatly enhanced the value of my IRA and regular investment accounts. Please do not take these investment options away and limit my future investment returns.
