No, no no... I'm American and can make my own decisions about investment risk and don't need some 3rd party (SEC) deciding what is appropriate for me. I use leveraged funds to increase my risk/reward when trying to chase trends in the market and they all have disclosures to explain the risks.
I am vehimately opposed to this new rule
