Levaraged ETFs are extremely important to me. I've been investing in them since 2013 and have had losses during some market downturns, but have been much more successful with these ETFs than I was with regular stocks. I would hate to lose my ability to invest in these instruments, which seem a lot safer and easier to understand than options trading, short selling, etc. Please don't take away my ability to invest in leveraged ETFs.
