Your interference with public trading of exchange-listed shares is unwarranted.
Investors are already aware of the risk of investing in general so additional qualifications of investors' risk tolerance is an invasion of the investors' privacy and should not be imposed artificially by some bureaucrat who has no right to know anything about me or other investors.
