I disagree with the premise that regulations are required or investments in leveraged and inverse mutual funds. Investors shouldve free to make the decision to invest in these funds without unnecessary, additional burdens on the investment process imposed by the government. This appears to be an unnecessary solution in search of an unknown problem.
