Ive received information that inverse leveraged ETFs may be prohibited and Im writing in strong resistance to this. As a trader in both long and short ETFs, specifically outlawing inverse ETFs is not only a roadblock to the natural flow of market forces which help create buying and selling but also a violation of the US Constitution. I hope the rumors of this attempted illegal action are just that, rumors. Thank you for your time.
