Please cease your plans to limit the usage of leveraged and inverse funds by private investors. They serve a valuable role in mitigating risks and should not be restricted.
I see this as a thinly veiled attempt to collaborate with the Federal Reserve to make it difficult for investors to "bet against the Fed" and continually push the stock market up even when it is due a correction. Stop manipulating the market Free markets allow true price discovery. Let them be free
