Dear SEC,
I strongly believe that the proposed rules are discouraging and unnecessary. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me and they allow me to enhance and protect my portfolio's return. I am fully capable of understanding the performance and risk characteristics of leveraged and inverse funds. I understand the unique risk-return relationship that comes with investing in these funds and I bear full responsibility for any gain or loss of money related to these investments. I do not need a third party evaluating my ability to invest in these funds. I would like the SEC to preserve the long-standing practice of free, public markets that have allowed investors and advisors the freedom to invest in public securities without government restrictions or limitations.
