To Whom it may Concern,
I am writing in protest of the proposed rule to limit or deny personal investment in leveraged and inverse ETFs. Such funds are a primary focus in my investment portfolio, allowing enhanced returns. I have been trading these funds for years and do so with a full understanding of the potential for gain AND loss that they represent. I do not need an agency of the government to determine if I qualify to invest in shares of leveraged or inverse ETFs and, as such, I do not support any change to the current free system.
