Dear Sec people,
I am a small investor (now after losing my fortune in stocks that went bankrupt) and TBT is the last remaining security i own. I dont want to sell it now and I want to own a stock that is betting the market will go down because of the bad luck i have had with other stocks. I object to your proposal to require burdensome regulations of financial information in order to buy or own this security. Do not fear. We are not making money. If i sold my meager 25 shares today it would only constitute one fourth of what i originally paid for it. We should be treated like any other investor and when the tides turn and the market goes down maybe we will make money but for the most part people who buy these stocks should be treated like everyone else.
