Leveraged funds are important to me as they allow me to seek enhanced returns. I am understanding their performance characteristics and I don't want a third party evaluating my capability to do so and potentially preventing me from investing in such funds.
I want to preserve free public markets where investors have the freedom to work with public securities without government-imposed limitations
