Any additional restrictions than what are in existence are unnecessary for any leverage and inverse funds. Reason being that investors are supposed to know what they are investing in and their risks. It is not any different than investing in any risky asset out there on the market. Personally, leverage funds have been a good way to hedge and also accumulate in areas I have long term view. Dollar cost averaging when these go down is the name of the game.
